Charmaine shrugged. “Well, the company is barely surviving under Mr. Read’s management, and I only spent about a million on these shares.”

A cold, venomous smile spread across Bennett’s face. He wanted to tear Charmaine apart.
He gripped the edge of the table tightly, a sinister grin forming on his face. “Charmaine, you don’t need to provoke me. I won’t fall for your tricks!”
Charmaine nodded in appreciation. “It’s reassuring to see Mr. Read so calm. As your business partner, I feel better about this.”
Bennett sneered coldly, “Cut the crap. What is it that you really want?”
“In that case, let’s wrap up today’s meeting quickly.”
Charmaine raised her voice. ‘Under Mr. Read’s management, the company has been failing severely. As the largest shareholder, I have the right to propose replacing the CEO.
Bennett scoffed in disdain. His eyes fixed on Charmaine with a venomous, snake–like glare. You’re barely out of your teens, and you think you can manage my company? That’s ridiculous!”
“Even if you bought up all the minority shares, so what I still hold the majority, with full control!”

Charmaine gestured to the janitor, who was awkwardly wiping water off his clothes in the corner of the

The room fell silent, so quiet that even a pin dropping could be heard.
The janitor slowly looked up, processing the situation. He stammered, “You mean…. I’m the boss?”

Bennett’s anger surged, his eyes turning red with fury. “Charmaine! You’re giving my company to a janitor? Are you out of your mind? You’ve invested over a million in this!”
