When she entertained the thought that Charmaine was going to be destroyed come tomorrow morning. Sophie found herself in an upbeat mood while she dragged Charmaine into the elevator.
Bennett had booked a Diamond Suite which was located on the top floor just to impress and flatter Gordon.
As soon as the elevator door opened, before Sophie could took another step, she bumped into a group of men who were dressed in suits.
“I heard that the important people from the five families are up there right now. Should we swing by and say hello?”
The men focused their gaze onto Milo who was in the middle.
“We don’t need to do that.”
Milo replied impatiently while turning his gaze toward the elevator. He saw the two of them standing right
there.
“Charmaine Nelson?”
Milo recognized Charmaine at a glance before he noticed Sophie wrapping her arms around Charmaine’s shoulders.
Seeing that Charmaine Nelson was unconscious, he reached out and grabbed her arm. He immediately felt a scorching sensation.
“Why are you two together? What’s going on with her?”
Sophie gasped, “Mr. Nelson! W–We are here to have dinner. Charmaine drank herself into oblivion so I’m bringing her to her room now.”
After saying that, she tried to take Charmaine away as soon as possible.
However, a suspicion rose in Milo’s heart.
He did not get any hint of alcohol on Charmaine.
Furthermore, he knew the amount of hatred Charmaine had for Bennett and Sophie. There was no way she was drinking with them and getting herself into this state.
There was definitely something fishy going on!

Shawn whistled as he was very puzzled. He said, “Hey, I have never seen you return with that expression if you set your heart in courting a girl, no? Who could have angered our great Emyr?”
Sinnova could not contain his laughter, “Emyr, your girl is really one of a kind. No women in the world could do that to you.”
Emyr took a sip of his drink and replied with a displeased tone, “Don’t run your mouth like that. I owed her a favor. You guys don’t understand.”
“Really? A favor? Are you sure it’s not love you’re talking about?”
Keon could not help but shake his head. He kindly reminded them, “You guys better know when to stop. Emyr might take it all out on you guys if he gets into a really bad mood.”
Sinnova and Shawn exchanged a glance and made a zipping motion across their mouths, indicating that they would stop provoking him.
At this moment, there was some commotion outside their suite. All of a sudden, someone kicked the door open.
