After they finished brushing, Sofia pushed him out of the bathroom without hesitation.
Nathaniel thought for a moment that maybe Sofia would invite him to join her in the shower.
But since she kicked him out, Nathaniel just shrugged, scratching his nose, and headed to the guest room next door to take his own shower.
When he came back, he found that Sofia was already fast asleep.
Nathaniel was a bit surprised. Had he really been that rough with her over the past few days?
Had he worn her out that much?
Shaking his head with a smile, Nathaniel got under the covers and pulled Sofia into his
arms.
Even though they hadn’t slept together for long, it seemed like Sofia had already gotten used to his embrace.
As soon as he pulled her in, she instinctively snuggled up into a comfortable position and continued sleeping.
Nathaniel couldn’t help but enjoy the way she reacted. He leaned down, kissed her forehead, and whispered, “Good night, baby.”

The next morning, Sofia woke up early. Seeing herself curled up in Nathaniel’s arms, she felt a little strange inside.

She kissed his lips again and was about to get out of bed.
But as soon as she moved, Nathaniel grabbed the back of her head and kissed her hard.
Sofia gasped softly, and in the next second, Nathaniel flipped her over, pinning her beneath him.
Nathaniel kissed her deeply, biting her lips.
With a raspy voice, Nathaniel said, “Sofia, are you trying to tempt me this early in the morning?”
Sofia’s eyes were misty from the intensity of his kiss. Blinking, she asked, “Are you bullying me again?”
“Aren’t I just loving you?” Nathaniel replied.
Sofia licked her lips and said, “But you promised to take me to the training grounds this morning.”
Now he had her pinned down, and it didn’t seem like he had any plans to take her to the training ground at all.
