“Master, why is Yorick suddenly so agitated?”

On Divine Mountain, amidst the trees, Rosa watched curiously as the two men, who had been standing still just moments before, suddenly clashed with fierce intensity.
“Ah!”
Before Isabella could answer, Yorick’s Savage Tiger Roar shattered an entire grove of trees. The thunderous crash echoed through the air like a battlefield under bombardment.
“Yorick, calm down!” Isabella had no choice but to descend to the ground and shout at him.
To Rosa’s surprise, Yorick actually stopped, his gaze gradually turning hollow.
“Master, what happened to him?”
“Nothing. I stopped him the same way back then,” Isabella replied, her red lips curving into a faint smile.
“Yorick, calm down!”
Back then, after calling out to Yorick, Isabella had rushed forward and spread her arms, blocking him from reaching her brother–in–law. “Jane has been kidnapped by Bailey Gray of the Five Poison Sect! If you have time to fight Santiago, then hurry to the West End and save her! Beating him up won’t bring my sister back, you big dumb tiger!”
Her words snapped Yorick out of his rage like a sudden jolt of clarity. He immediately pointed at Santiago and declared, “Santiago, you don’t deserve Jane! When I bring her back from the Five Poison Sect, I’ll confess my love to her! I swear, I’ll take care of her for the rest of my life–I’ll never let her suffer again!”
“Fat chance!” Santiago retorted, unwilling to back down. “Jane is my wife. If she’s in danger because of my mistake, then it’s my responsibility to make it right! I always considered you a close friend, Yorick, and yet you’ve been coveting my wife? Haven’t you heard the saying–never touch a friend’s wife?”
“I used to think that way, but now I realize I was wrong dead wrong!” Yorick shouted with intense conviction. “If you love a woman, you should do everything in your power to pursue her and protect her! Don’t rely on another man to take care of her, especially when that man is a reckless fool!”
“Spit on that! I swear I’ll never be reckless again!” Santiago shouted back, guilt and sorrow overwhelming his heart. If anything happened to Jane, he would follow her in death without hesitation.
Without further delay, the two men rushed to the West End–the Five Poison Sect’s stronghold. One carried only a spear, the other wielded nothing but his fists, yet both stormed into enemy territory, where deadly experts lurked, and poisonous mists filled the a
“Master, why do they both fight like they’re battling someone else? They’re clearly courageous, but it seems like their real fight is with themselves.
Back in the grove, Rosa stood behind Isabella, her curiosity piqued by the unusual way the two great saints

Isabella didn’t answer. Instead, her lips curled into a faint smile as she murmured to herself, “Looks like it’s about time for the song I’ve prepared to be played.”
“Jane!”
“Jane!”
After a fierce battle, Santiago and Yorick finally managed to defeat the Five Grand Protectors and confronted Bailey Gray–the man feared worldwide as the deadliest poison master.
Though the Dawnbringer had granted them their saintly titles, it was this battle that truly established their names in the martial world. The Silver Dragon Spear Saint and the Savage Martial Saint became legends, their fame spreading not only throughout the West End but across the entire Chanaean martial world.
This was the heroic feat that countless people in Chanaca celebrated–a battle that would be remembered for generations.
After rescuing the woman they both adored, Santiago and Yorick rushed toward Jane, their hearts pounding with excitement and hope. Both longed for her to choose their side. Yet, to their astonishment,
Jane quickened her pace–not toward them, but toward Bailey.
The infamous leader of the Five Poison Sect, upon seeing Jane approach, managed a faint smile of satisfaction before closing his eyes forever.
“Jane, are you alright?” Santiago quickly stepped forward to check on his wife.
“I’m fine,” Jane reassured him, then turned to Yorick. “Did you come with Santiago to save me?”
“Yes, Jane! I would never let anything happen to you. I-
“Thank you!” Jane interrupted with a soft smile.
Santiago immediately interjected, “I didn’t ask him to come help me! I was the one who killed Bailey. You’re my wife, and this was my mistake–I’ll protect you from now on,
I swear!” C
“No need to swear.” Jane’s smile grew faintly complex. “If you talk too big, you’ll only embarrass yourself later. Just do your best quietly–that’s enough.”
“You don’t blame me, Jane?” Santiago asked, overjoyed at her tone, which carried no hint of blame.
“Mm.” Jane nodded.
“That’s wonderful–let’s go home!” Santiago hugged his wife tightly once more, right in front of Yorick.
Yorick stood there, his heart heavy with sorrow. Yet he didn’t blame anyone but himself. All of this was the consequence of repaying a debt–a choice that had cost him the woman he loved.
After returning to Zovince, Jane received an invitation from Artemis to perform a song at the Zovince National Theater.
Hearing the news, Yorick sought Jane out alone once more.
“Jane, are vou really going to accent?” Yorick asked urgently. “Artemis is a coward–he only endures and

compromises! He doesn’t deserve to be Chanaea’s president! If you accept his invitation, it’ll mean you’re supporting his side. If he fails, Mr. Sheffield–Grey won’t let you go. And if Artemis succeeds… Mr. Sheffield- Grey still won’t spare you!”
“Yes, I’ve made up my mind.”
Unlike Yorick’s anxious expression, Jane’s demeanor was calm. Though a faint flicker of uncertainty flashed in her captivating eyes, it was clear she had thought things through.
“Sigh…” Yorick could only sigh heavily as he turned and left.
That night, he sat alone in a tavern, drowning his sorrows in drink. Deep down, he knew that if things continued this way, Atticus would eventually target Jane. And when that time came, where would he stand?
“Why are you drinking here again?”
Fate played its hand once more that night as Yorick crossed paths with Santiago.
Santiago waved to the bartender, ordering several dozen jars of liquor with a grin. “If you still consider me your best friend, talk to me about what’s bothering you. Don’t bottle it all up inside!”
“Santiago! How can you still have the nerve to say that to me?!” Yorick grabbed Santiago by the collar and shouted, “Supporting that coward is one thing–but why are you forcing Jane to support him too?! Don’t you realize you’re putting her life in danger, you b*stard?!”
“Artemis isn’t a coward!” Santiago shoved Yorick away, refusing to back down. “You don’t understand strategy! You don’t understand the Dawnbringer’s long–term vision! You’re just a brute–that’s why Jane didn’t choose you!”
“Santiago, you b*stard!”
Yorick’s fist smashed into Santiago’s cheek. Blood spattered from Santiago’s mouth, but he retaliated immediately, driving a powerful kick into Yorick’s abdomen.
Back in the grove of Divine Mountain, the scene unfolding resembled that brawl from the tavern years ago–two saints abandoning their grace, fighting like ordinary men.
“Ah!” Rosa gasped, startled by the sudden violence. Though both men were renowned saints, their current fight looked more like a brawl between commoners.
“Santiago, you selfish b*stard! I’ll kill you!” Yorick landed another punch to Santiago’s face, roaring furiously. “If you keep forcing Jane into this, Atticus will eventually order me to kill you–and kill Jane
too!”
Yorick, everyone calls you a savage tiger, but you’re nothing more than a stubborn mule!” Santiago shouted back, delivering a fierce kick to Yorick’s side. “In not forcing Jane–she understands me! For Chanaca’s revival, we’re willing to risk everything! We have the spirit of sacrifice–we are heroes!”
