With that, she pouted her lips and even flirted by brushing Gautier’s face with her hand.
To be honest, the man was indeed handsome. She was tempted to take advantage of the situation.
“Ms. Besoz, since you want me to keep you company, why don’t we have some time alone together?” Gautier said while glancing at the men around him.
“First, let me finish the serious matters, then we’ll see.” Jeff flicked her hair and grinned.
She then took a video of Caden and sent it to her brother–in–law.
Not long after, Aora received the video.
Upon watching it, she was overjoyed and immediately took an alternate route to the Five Poison Sect’s base, avoiding the large forces of the Wolf Warrior.
Meanwhile, Anna, following Magnus‘ instructions, returned to the place where Mackenzie was.
However, Rosa noticed she was being followed. After a few traps, she lost the pursuers.
After a smug smile, she brought Anna to the room where Mackenzie was.
Anna had no choice but to place her trust in Magnus to find them.
Soon, Ironskull and Ostrich returned and reported to Magnus, who was preparing to lead the Wolf Warrior at the Serpent Altar, “Mr. Zelinsky, we’ve lost track of Anna.”
“It’s okay, I have a backup plan,” Magnus replied, causing the two to pause in surprise.
Lexi and Claudette were also curious as to what plan Magnus had.
Magnus, stop keeping us in suspense. We’re all on the same side. Just tell us the plan,” Hattie urged.
Only then did Magnus wave his hand, signaling Aurora to approach.
“Earlier, I sprayed the perfume I gave to Anna. Once Ironskull and Ostrich lead me to the place where we lost track of her, I can trace Anna’s exact location by the scent,” Aurora said.

Claudette also thought Magnus was very clever and scheming

Lexi finally felt reassured. It’seemed the Wolf Warrior truly had all sorts of specialized individuals. This was the kind of team capable of winning battles.
Inside the stone chamber, Anna arrived just as Aora entered.
