“Charge!” Aora shouted, taking the lead in the assault.
Rhett, his eyes bloodshot, roared, “If you want to harm the Saintess, you’ll have to step over my dead body!”

At that critical moment, the deafening roar of engines suddenly filled the air. Everyone instinctively looked up, but many were unable to blink.
Fighter jets!
The sky was filled with fighter jets, and two bombers hovered among them.

Even the Toad King was stunned. But he wasn’t ready to let this golden opportunity slip away. If he could capture the Saintess, he might ascend beyond the Seven Saints and become a godlike figure. But now his grand plan was crumbling, and he couldn’t accept it.

The next instant, the fighter jets opened fire.
Rhett had refrained from leading the Wolf Warrior Unit into the charge earlier. With the two sides now clearly separated, the fighter jets unleashed their firepower without restraint on one side.

Mackenzie, however, stopped them. “Don’t pursue a desperate enemy! First, regroup our forces, treat the wounded, and stabilize our position!”
For soldiers, the instinct was to kill as many enemies as possible. However, as a commander, Mackenzie had to consider the bigger picture. The Five Poison Sect had far more members than just those before them. Killing a few more wouldn’t shift the tide, but saving more of their own would be far more beneficial
The fighter jets continued to circle overhead while a single helicopter descended slowly. From it. Eve leaped to the ground.
“Mackenzie! Are you alright?” Eve approached with a hint of nervousness. “Mr. Emmanuel sent me with fighter jets and weapons of thass destruction to support you. We didn’t arrive too late, did we?”
“You’re just in time!” Mackenziq expressed her gratitude. “But we need to treat the wounded immediately. Arrange for the planes to land, set up camp quickly, and secure the weapons! Prepare for battle!”
“Yes, Mackenzie!” Eve swiftly organized a team of elite soldiers to disembark from the transport planes, along with a 50–member medical team and food supplies. Having once served as the logistics chief of the Wolf Warrior Unit, she was excellent at managing operations.
“Rhett, are you alright?” Mackenzie approached Rhett and gently helped him to his feet.
“I’m holding on, but I think I’ve been poisoned! Your Holiness, don’t come too close–I might be contagious!TM
The ruler of the Dark Night Islands was at his limit. Before he could collapse, Dead and Mad hurried over to support him on both sides.
“Hurry! Prioritize Rhett’s treatment!” Mackenzie quickly directed the medical team.
With enough personnel and supplies, everything was progressing smoothly.
However, Rhett insisted, “I don’t want treatment at the camp. Treat me here–I need to check on Falcon!”
“Rhett, focus on your treatment. I’ll take a team to find Falcon. If he’s alive, we’ll make sure he’s saved.” Mackenzie reassured him,
Once Rhett nodded, she led a team back to the site of the earlier battle. Having discarded her hat and cloak, she moved swiftly and efficiently, embodying the spirit of a soldier. Empowered by the Heart of the Sun, her body brimmed with energy, unaffected by the biting wind and snow.

Before Dead and Mad could continue, Mackenzie cut them off. “Silence!”
The two immediately fell quiet.
Mackenzie turned to Ostrich and Ironskull. “Let Aurora take him back. Support her if needed.”
They nodded.
Soon, the injured members of the Wolf Warrior Unit were transported back to the temporary base. The weapons of mass destruction were systematically deployed, with fighter jets providing aerial cover. Holding a strategic advantage with air superiority, they had no fear of another attack from the Five Poison Sect.
Mackenzie also dispatched Ostrich and Ironskull with two teams to find Lexi and the others and bring them back to the camp..
Afterward, she went to the medical camp to check on the injured, starting with Aurora. “Is Falcon still alive?
Though she knew the odds, Mackenzie clung to hope. Falcon had sacrificed himself to protect her, and she desperately wanted him to survive, no matter how slim the chance.
