Eleanor did indeed have health issues. She had been suffering from a nearly incurable condition since childhood plastic anemia,
At present, she could only maintain her health through medication, and if her condition worsened, she would need blood transfusions.

On the weekend evening, the engagement banquet of the Bellerose family was held at their ancestral home.
This event was organized for friends and relatives to witness the return of the long lost daughter of the Bellerose family–Charlotte.
Although Charlotte was the protagonist of tonight, the other girls in the Bellerose family were not sitting idle either. After all, many prominent figures were attending the banquet, and everyone wanted to dress up and make a dazzling appearance.

As the favorites of the old lady, Olivia & Rana, the two sisters naturally select two of them to wear at the engagement banquet.

Sitting in her room, Charlotte had her hair styled by a maid. The evening banquet was about to begin.
“Miss, there are only three dresses, and the last one has already been taken by Miss Eleanor, so The maid looked uneasy, stanumering in her explanation.

Thinking she might be upset, the maid continued cautiously. “Miss, although these dresses at home might not match up to the designer haute couture. they’re still high–end brands. You look so beautiful, anything you wear will look great.”
She sighed again, “But there’s nothing we can do. We have four girls in this family, yet the designer only sent three dresses..”
Charlotte pursed her lips, remaining silent.
Honestly, she wasn’t interested in the dresses by the top designer of the United States. The style was too low, and it didn’t suit her taste. Even if Eleanor didn’t take the dress, she wouldn’t wear it.
The maid gave her a neat princess styled hair. Her jet–black hair was braided at the back of her head, with the remaining hair curling gently, making her appear both noble and gentle.
Just then, another maid entered the room, holding a large box in her hands. “Miss, a package has just been delivered, and it has your name on it

Charlotte furrowed her brow slightly.
She hadn’t ordered anything online, so who could have sent her a package? And it was even addressed to her specifically, so that’s a disturbing things. She thought someone sent it to a wrong address, and unfortunately it was sent to hers instead
After the maid lett, Charlotte extended her hand to open the large box, but her phone suddenly rang

If his assistant were to witness this, they’d be surprised to see their usually serious and cold boss smiling while talking on the phone with a young girl.
