Olivia remained on the ground, her fists clenched, teeth gritted. She wanted to disappear. Never in her life had she been so humiliated. She wished she could find a hole to crawl into. She turned her head instinctively, locking eyes with the girl by the door.
“Was it you?!” She quickly got up from the floor, eyes brimming with anger, shouting at the girl, “Was it you who threw something at me?
The girl trembled in fear, “It wasn’t me.”
“Don’t Lie! Who else could it be besides you?” Olivia grabbed the girl’s arm and dragged her out of the classroom. A few minutes later, the girl returned alone. With her head hung low and a swollen handprint on her face, it was clear she had received a stern scolding from Olivia.
