Before Chase could respond, Cheng Yuan said, “Lawyer Pei is here”

Lawyer Pei was led to Chase’s meeting room. They shook hands.“Please sit.” Pei placed the signed agreement before him. Ethan, wanting to see if Ashley had actually signed, leaned in. Seeing her signature, he exclaimed, “She actually signed?!”
