I had to get away from everyone. So that was what I did. A breath left my lips when I rounded a corner.

For a while they simply watched me, like they were waiting for something. After a while, Varís let out a laugh.

Normally, I would have turned into a wolf and taught them the lesson of their lives but it seemed they’d caught on.

I tried to back away but noticed there was nowhere else to run to. They were blocking the only possible exit.
Marco crossed the space between us, his hand going to grope my breast. I tried pushing him away but he held on to my waist in a tight grip.

Varishad snuck up behind me and covered my mouth with his hands. No matter how hard I screamed or tried to yell, it all came out muffled.
